ARTI has been testing with many different classes of plastic to develop high-performance Jet fuel (Jet A-1) from plastic. Samples have been produced and sent for certification.
Some plastics convert 55 to 60% to jet fuels, while 30 to 40% yield high-performance diesel fuels.
Samples of diesel fuel from plastic have been produced and are currently undergoing certification for commercial use.
